ChatVal was born from a desire to innovate how real estate is done. Combining machine learning and a simple, friendly bot interface, we created a home evaluation system free to use. Users are then connected to a data-driven team to assist with their home buying or selling needs.

The decision to make the UX in the form of a chatbot was critical to it’s success. The ease of use, familiarized with popular bots like Siri and Alexa, demonstrate the push to move to a modern way of doing things.
Working closely with our vendors, we developed a state-of-the-art algorithm that uses sold and listing data, updated constantly. This serves as a great starting point in a home buyer or seller’s journey.
